14.1 Santa Rosa Housing Reports #3 and 4.  This continues the 6-part series to address how Santa Rosa can increase housing production.   The 3rd report is a summary of comments from the development community about what they see as impediments and how they might be improved.   The 4th report is a summary of various housing programs and their effectiveness.  All three of these links are worth looking at.
