The City Council will receive the names of those who are recommended to serve on the Steering Committee for the Roseland Annexation/Sebastopol Road Specific Area Plan at their regular Council meeting on Tuesday, April 7th. Item 14A on the Council's agenda requests the waiver of a Council appointment policy to allow for the enrollment of Steering Committee members on a rolling basis, and to confirm the initial member list.
